If a contractor wings the roads Public Works will clear all windrows as part of that process once.
Highway 642 is not Public Works - please get support from Snow Clearing Services (780.967.3025) to clear windrows if needed. Emcon has been informed about hot spots and are taking care not to dump snow here.
