Stray or Lost Puppy

We had a report of a stray puppy or dog at 723 Blue Heron Drive – the dog is sort of decamping there since yesterday – may we politely request you add this to your Facebook pages with a appeal to the (not so responsible) owner to come and pick it up – the number to call is Ron at 723 Blue Heron Drive at 780.499.1835. We would like to do this prior to have the peace officer pick it up and take to the pound to save the cost to owner/roll.
